Mobile Booking & Cancellation Policies

A credit card will be needed to book the appointment.
$200 minimum for an outcall
An online client intake form will be sent to each individual receiving a treatment and needs to be completed 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
On the day of the appointment I/ we will need to arrive 25 minutes prior to the appointment time in order to set up for the facial.
Please have in mind a room or location you’d like us to set up in
*please note we do require parking at the building for condos, apartments and valet parking for events in hotels. If not available your party may be subject to a setup fee*
Cancellation Policy:
Luminous skin mobile is by appointment only; your appointment is reserved exclusively for you and we request that you please review our cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel your appointment please call us at: (808) 793-9074. If you have reached the VM please leave your name and information clearly. *Sorry, cancellations made via email are not accepted.
*Cancellations done within 48 hours will be cancelled at no charge
*Cancellations after 48 hours notice will be subject to 50% of the cancelled service(s).
